Please note: The original preorder date on a frame that you purchased is your locked in date, unless otherwise specified! For example, if you purchased a frame when it said "SHIPS BY JAN 15", it will ship on or before that date then unless I personally emailed you about a delay. Your original shipping confirmation will have that locked in date. If for whatever reason there is a delay in your order, I will contact you ASAP.
No refunds or cancellations once order is placed.
Delivery and shipping estimates are subject to change, and you cannot cancel or return an order due to the subjective nature of shipping/delivery dates, but I will update you if any pre-sale information, i.e. the estimated delivery date changes, etc. By purchasing this product, you are agreeing to those terms. Once an order is placed it cannot be split, merged, or transferred to a third party.
