HELP! I didn't purchase tracking, and haven't received my order!
If you purchased your items without tracking info, and you don't receive your item 10 business days AFTER receiving an order fulfillment email, please email me! firstname.lastname@example.org I will make sure you are taken care of! CHECK YOUR SPAM IF YOU DON'T SEE A REPLY AFTER 48 HOURS 🖤
Please do not file any complaints or reports with your payment provider, I am here to make sure you get what you paid for. The reason I offer shipping without tracking is for a more affordable option, because shipping is so expensive nowadays. BUT I'M HERE TO HELP!! So don't be afraid to reach out.
Am I able to get a refund or make an exchange?
Returns are not accepted for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order before you finalize the purchase, including billing & shipping address, e-mail and phone number. However if you receive a damaged / defected item, please contact me and I'll send a replacement.
Can I track my order?
All customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which will include the USPS tracking number if applicable. To track your package, go to the link below, enter your tracking number, and press the "track" button to get shipment details. USPS Tracking®
Stickers normally ship via regular postage, unless you purchase Priority Shipping + Tracking. All apparel orders & lapel pin orders come with tracking unless stated otherwise.
If your tracking number states that your order has been delivered, I am not liable/responsible for any undelivered and/or lost claims, contact USPS with your provided tracking information.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 4-7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3-7 business days for delivery (within the US); or an additional 2-4 weeks (outside of U.S.). I don't ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order hasn't arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact me and I'll do my best to track your order for you.
If you did not purchase tracking, please allow up to 10 business days, and then email me email@example.com or use my contact form.
What shipping carrier do you use?
I ship worldwide via United States Postal Service (USPS).
What fees am I responsible for?
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc.

APPLICATION OF STICKERS AND DECALS
PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND PATIENT WHEN APPLYING DECALS AND STICKERS! DO NOT RUSH THE PROCESS AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME! IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT IN INSTALLING THE STICKER YOURSELF, FIND SOMEONE WHO IS, THEY CAN BE TRICKY SOMETIMES! <3

Also, here are some helpful tips:
-Make sure to take your time with taking the transfer tape off.
-Peel the Transfer Tape away from the vinyl at a 45-degree angle. If the vinyl sticks to the Transfer Tape, simply put back the Transfer Tape onto the vinyl and peel away again more slowly and carefully.
-It can also be easier to have the design facing down as you peel the backing off.
