Order Fulfillment Timeframe:

Due to high demand, all orders will ship within 6-12 business days (unless otherwise specified, such as for preorders or made-to-order products. Those details are clearly stated in the particular product. Check the preorder or made-to-order specific item to see what to expect). Please note that this timeframe indicates when the order will be shipped, not when it will be delivered. We strive to manage expectations and may sometimes be able to ship sooner than the specified timeframe. In some cases, usually for preorders or made-to-order, some orders may be partially fulfilled as the items become available to ship, but most orders ship all together including items with preorders. If you preordered a frame with another item, they will ship when the preordered frame ships. If you preordered a frame and it includes another preorder or made-to-order item, that item may ship separately. Please understand and prepare for this.

Shipping Address:

Please double check your shipping address before making a purchase, as changes are not guaranteed. While we will do our best to assist you, if an address cannot be changed, you, the buyer, are responsible for any additional shipping fees and any issues related to lost packages. Kindly note that items ordered with a license frame preorder will ship at the same time.

I currently run this brand with the help of another person who assists with packing and shipping. We are committed to providing you with excellent service. However, please understand that due to high demand, the current expected fulfillment time aligns with the aforementioned timeframe.

Shipping Days:

We typically do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order hasn't arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
