The decal/adhesive is very high quality & sticky.
You really have to press in the decal for it to transfer correctly. I feel that others having problems are due to user error. It was a tiny bit difficult to get the letters onto the tape but just be patient and keep rolling it back, pinching the letters back/using a card. and do it SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY (Just like with any sticker/decal!)
Use a credit card, or something similar while applying it.
Great sticker, love how it looks. Although with these decals, the adhesive is very sticky and tends to dry after a couple of weeks, making it very hard to get it off the transfer plastic even with applying heat. Ripped the cat by accident. But can't tell unless you're looking for it!
Liked the decal a lot but the transfer tape was so sticky it ripped the decal off when i removed it and then customer service ignored my email about it entirely
Hello Jeremy! I didn't see any emails from you, but I did reach out to you & still haven't heard back. I'd be more than happy to send a replacement. One thing I would recommend is to make sure you leave the transfer tape on the applied area for 24 hours so you won't run into this issue again. Also, patience is key, peeling very slowly is highly recommended. Please check your spam if you still haven't seen any emails come in.
